This company is in the Netherlands specialized in selling, designing, building and maintaining advanced compressor solutions that are used in global oil & gas industry.Recently, their business obtained a comprehensive package with gas turbine-driven compressor and pump installations.They are looking for people who want to help set up a new package line of gas turbines.They prefer people with experience in and affinity with the use of gas turbines.Candidates should be willing to travel abroad.
Functieomschrijving
- Contacts with internal customers, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants.
o Initiating, organizing and supervising independent procurement projects.
o Creation of orders in SAP in accordance with the procedure laid down for this.
o Applications and communicate orders with suppliers.
o Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery and quality.
o The drafting of contracts.
o Reporting of savings in accordance with the guidelines of the BE RE (VGP)
o Conduct systematic market research by productgroup.
o Verification of vendor invoices.
o Make proposals on process improvement.
o Active in the following commodities: Parts Packaging & Testing.
Functie-eisen
o Minimum bachelor completed training (technical, commercial) or other completed training with work experience in above material groups.
o In possession of NEVI 1 and 2 (special training for purchacers) qualifications or willingness to follow them.
o Technical product knowledge.
o Knowledge of contract law.
o Familiar with SAP, preferably the MM module.
o Can work both independently and in a team
o Is innovative and with alternative solutions.
o Are new solutions to implement.
Bijzonderheden
Spoken and written English, Dutch is an advantage
Some years of experience within the puchasing branch
A good negotiator, results-oriented, and analytical service, persuasion, tact and perseverance and good communication skills;
