The Scrum Master facilitates multi disciplinary teams in their daily scrum activities. From his position of 'contributing leader' the Scrum Master is responsible for team building, facilitating discussions and continuously bringing the team to a higher level when it comes to process management and development areas.
The Scrum master has a vital role in the cooperation between the Product owner team and the domain specialist. He/she is required to give the stakeholders the planning information and, together with the team, needs to deliver on commitment and when needed to come up with alternatives to reach the set goal(s). The Scrum Master also plays an important role in constant improvement of the Lean and Agile way of working within this organisation.

Functie-eisen
* Master degree or Bachelor degree in computing science
* Certified Scrum Master
* UML, OO analysis and design, Design patterns
* Strong communications skills both in Dutch and English
* Certified Scrum Practitioner
* Able to balance quality, time and budget
* Has a keen interest in the application domain and has a focus on customer orientation
* Experienced in leading software development teams
* At least one year of recent experience as Scrum Master
* A minimum of 7 years of experience as a programmer
* Experience in coaching people/teams
* Experience in Object Oriented programming, Analysis and Design
* A minimum of 3 years of recent experience with Microsoft development such as VB and C#
