The Development Department is looking for a Project leader Software. As Project leader Software you are responsible for the realization of projects from the initial phase to getting the product (software) ready for production and the introduction to the market. Together with your stakeholders you come to an agreement on user-requirements, the technical specifications, the required capacity as well as the budget. You set up a release schedule with your stakeholders for multiple Software projects. Realization is based on a solid project and action plan. During the project you monitor the plan regularly, making sure that the project runs within budget, on time and at the required level of production quality. You inform management on the progress. You effectively coordinate your activities on a daily basis which enables your project team to work pragmatically and focused.

* Experience as software engineer
* Experience as a (software) project leader
* Experience is leading several teams in parallel
* Knowledge and experience with tools for agile development (e.g. scrum)
Education
Training and education
• Master or Bachelor degree in computing science
• UML, OO analysis and design, Design patterns
• Strong communications skills both in Dutch and English
