Salt Specialties, which is Europe's major boil salt supplier is an independent sBU of Functional Chemicals located in Hengelo, The Netherlands. Their salt is used in a variety of applications; from food processing to pharmaceuticals, from water softening to agriculture, from household salts to a broad variety of other industrial applications. Their products, brands and business ensure quality, reliability and innovation and they are well known and established at customers.
Functieomschrijving
* Recruit of new customers and manage established commercial relationships with customers and great merchants on manager level.
* Expand and consolidate market position by customer commitment.
* Observe and report of market and competition activities as well as product demands.
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
* Ensure that the business targets and objectives are achieved.
* Prepare and evaluate customer meetings (draft customer related sales, net revenue and contribution margin, generate commercial recommendations to support marketing and sales strategy).
Functie-eisen
* Academic degree in commercial management / business administration or food technology.
* Min. 5 years of experience in Sales - especially commodities - if possible, knowledge of food trade or experienced in the food supplier trade (raw materials and commodities).
* Fluent in English.
* Strong experience in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
* Strong achievement record in major account development and entrepreneurship.
* Willing and able to travel.
* Independent, flexible and purposeful as well as a self-assured manner on all levels, strong motivation, strong team spirit, communicative and strong in getting through.
